1. Products and Orders

Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Colors may appear differently on your screen.

Minimum Orders

All orders are subject to minimum quantities. Retail orders require a minimum of 20 packages. Wholesale orders require a minimum of 25 packages.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. Retail prices include applicable sales tax. Wholesale prices are tax-exempt for approved resellers with valid documentation. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not accepted until we send a confirmation email.

2. Payment

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Production Time

Our caramels are made fresh to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. You will see the exact cost at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available in the Cave Creek, Arizona area for a flat fee of $20.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once in carrier custody, but will work with you to resolve issues.

4. Returns and Refunds

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

5. Allergen Information

Our products contain dairy (goat milk and butter) and are made in a facility that processes tree nuts. It is your responsibility to review ingredient information before purchasing. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

6. Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion. Wholesale pricing and tax-exempt status require valid business documentation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Sonoran Caramel Co LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonoran Caramel Co LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.
