What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 20 packages for retail customers. Wholesale customers have a minimum of 25 packages per order.
How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. Add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and complete your purchase. For wholesale orders, you'll need to create an account first.
Can I place a custom order?

Shipping & Delivery
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes! We offer local delivery in the Cave Creek area for a flat fee of $20. This is a great option for fresh delivery without shipping concerns.
How long does shipping take?
Since our caramels are made fresh to order, please allow 5-7 business days for production plus shipping time. We'll notify you when your order ships.

What is the shelf life of your caramels?
Our caramels have a shelf life of 4-6 weeks when stored properly in a cool, dry place. Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat for best quality.
What ingredients are in your caramels?
Our Goat Milk Sea Salt Caramels are made with goat milk, sugar, butter, vanilla, and topped with sea salt. Please note they contain dairy.
Are your caramels gluten-free?
Yes, our caramels are gluten-free. However, they are made in a facility that may process other products, so please contact us if you have severe allergies.

How do I become a wholesale customer?
Visit our Wholesale page and complete the application form. We'll review your application and respond within 2-3 business days.
What are wholesale prices?
Wholesale pricing starts at $10 per package for our signature Goat Milk Sea Salt Caramels, compared to $18.50 retail. Wholesale accounts are also tax-exempt.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
The minimum wholesale order is 25 packages. We may offer volume considerations for larger orders.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Our caramels come beautifully packaged and make wonderful gifts as-is. For special gift packaging requests, please contact us.
Can I visit your kitchen?
We're a small home-based operation and don't offer public tours at this time. However, we love meeting our customers at local markets and events!
